1. Cancellation of Services

1.1 Subscription-Based Services

1.1.1 Customers subscribing to the System on a subscription basis may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].

1.1.2 Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.

1.2 One-Time Purchase Services

1.2.1 For one-time purchase services, customers may request cancellations within 10 days of the purchase date.

1.2.2 Refunds for one-time purchase services will be processed within 10 days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

3.2 In the event of termination by Kemsart, customers will be provided with a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of prepaid services.
