These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Kemsart Technologies ("Kemsart") and the user ("User" or "You") for the use of the School ERP software developed by Kemsart. By accessing or using the Kemsart School ERP, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.
1. License and Usage
1.1 License Grant: Kemsart grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the School ERP for educational and administrative purposes.

3. Support and Maintenance
3.1 Updates and Upgrades: Kemsart may provide updates and upgrades to the School ERP. Users are encouraged to install these updates to ensure optimal functionality and security.
3.2 Support Services: Kemsart will provide reasonable technical support to assist with the resolution of issues related to the School ERP. Support may be provided via email, chat, or other designated channels.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Subscription Fees: If applicable, the User agrees to pay the specified subscription fees for the use of the School ERP. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of the user's access.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms, including billing cycles and methods, will be outlined in the agreement between Kemsart and the User.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by User: The User may terminate their use of the School ERP at any time by providing written notice to Kemsart.
5.2 Termination by Kemsart: Kemsart reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the School ERP in the event of a breach of these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The School ERP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kemsart be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the School ERP.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
